The main objective of the Right to Information Act-2009 is to establish corruption and good governance by establishing transparency and accountability of all the governmental organizations operating in government, autonomous or statutory organizations, public or foreign funded government organizations, for the empowerment of the people and the people's empowerment.

And the people of the country can keep an eye on these organizations with informational information and these institutions should be responsible to them, take action against them. The Information Commission strongly believes that people will get this right through the fair application of the Right to Information Act.

It is to be noted that the provisions of the provisions of the law of any other law will not be disturbed by the provisions of this Act and if the provisions of the provisions of the provisions of the provisions of this Act contradict the provisions of this Act, the provisions of this Act shall prevail.
